Swipe4Work is a dynamic, modern company dedicated to simplifying and streamlining the job search process. Their innovative app functions like Tinder but for employment, enabling companies and job seekers to connect with ease. If both parties swipe right, it's a match, allowing candidates to apply and engage directly with the company.
ideation
Initial drafts & concepts.
The company wanted to keep their original branding while updating their digital experience to reflect a modern feel. With their colors and typography already established, our role was to use these elements to design something new and contemporary. We started by developing a design system with buttons and various components, allowing us to generate several rapid prototypes for user feedback.
design
The site and app are divided into two distinct sections: one for companies and one for job seekers. To ensure smooth navigation between these sections, we implemented a quick-switch feature that offers tailored information and instructions for each user type. We chose yellow for job seekers and blue for companies, with each side featuring its own dedicated home page to present the most relevant information. The design incorporates modern and playful elements, including swiping-inspired components like the contact page and demo request. The client was extremely pleased with the outcome, allowing us to move forward with the project.
development
At this point, we needed to consult with the development team to ensure our design and components were feasible and within budget. Fortunately, most of our design elements were compatible with minimal adjustments required. After incorporating feedback from user testing and making final refinements, we were ready to hand off the design to the development team.

We don't ship anything until we are completely satisfied with the final product, and fortunately, both we and the client were pleased with the outcome. After finalizing the design, we assisted the client in populating the site with content to ensure it was fully prepared for launch. This collaborative effort ensured that every detail was addressed, and we were able to move forward with confidence, knowing the project was in great shape for its official debut.
launch
With the project now complete, we successfully launched the site and app. Just a few months later, the client reported a remarkable achievement: the number of companies active on their platform had doubled. This significant growth confirmed the effectiveness of the design and the positive impact of our work.
